Payment Policy

  • On Confirmation : Advance amount of INR 50000 + USD 500 + Taxes 
  • Interim (90 Days before departure): USD 1000 + Taxes 
  • Before Visa application or 45 days before departure (whichever is earlier): Balance INR + USD paymeny +Taxes 

 

Cancellation Policy

  • 90- 60 days before the departure, if the tickets are not issued and visa is not applied: 100% of advance paid 
  • 60- 45 days before departure: 50% of the tour cost 
  • 45 day to Tour departure: 100% of the tour cost 

Timeline

  • Minimum 10 working days; weekends and public holidays are not considered

Our management team will work diligently to help you obtain your visa in a timely manner. However, we cannot accept responsibility if your visa application is rejected or delayed until your departure, which may lead to the cancellation of your tour due to unforeseen circumstances 

In such cases: 

  •  The tour cost will be non-refundable and cancellation charges will apply.
  • Additional costs for re-application and consulate visits outside Mumbai will be incurred..
  • Extra charges may apply for any changes to the tour itinerary resulting from visas issues.

Alexandria - Mediterranean Charm

After immigration, we will be met with the local tour guide and drive up to the ancient Mediterranean city of Alexandria. The city boasts of having one of the longest marine fronts in the world. After lunch and check-in we will have time to rest before we head out to visit the Montazah Garden and Qaitbay Citadel (from Out Side).

Cairo - Heart of Ancient Wonders

We will visit the city famous for its Great Library, which was one of the biggest in the ancient world. The once burned-down library is now completely restored and one of the wonders of Egypt. We will also visit the Catacombs before getting on the highway to Cairo.

Aswan - Gateway to Nile

Visit Pyramids, entering the Pyramid is optional. After the Pyramids, we will visit the Valley Temple and the Sphinx, a man with a lion's appearance. To fly to Aswan, Egypt's southernmost Nile city, we will drive to Cairo airport in the evening. Overnight in Aswan.

Nile Cruise - Flowing Through Time, Life

The largest ancient temple complex in Egypt, Abu Simbel, will be our destination today. We will depart from check-out at 0400 hours. The enormous seated sculptures at Abu Simbel are bathed in the morning sun. Built atop Lake Nasser, an artificial body of water created by the Aswan High Dam, lies Abu Simbel. From its original site, which was to be submerged in the lake, Abu Simbel was gradually relocated. After lunch, we will stop by Nubian Village and then make our way to the Aswan Souk on the Nile cruise.

Nile Cruise - Flowing Through Time, Life

After breakfast, we’ll sail to the High Dam and the Island Temple of Philae. After lunch on the cruise, enjoy views of Aswan as we drift along the Nile, which flows south to north. The ancient Egyptians revered the Nile, and we'll also visit the unique twin temple of Kom Ombo

Nile Cruise - Flowing Through Time, Life

In the morning, we’ll disembark to visit the Temple of Edfu, about 5 km from the West Bank. Afterward, we'll return for breakfast and set sail toward Luxor. We'll pass through the Esna lock, where local sellers will approach the cruise with artifacts. Enjoy stunning views from the sundeck as we sail, arriving in Luxor.

Luxor - Timeless Stories!

We’ll head to the East Bank, home to one of the world’s largest collections of ancient artifacts. The enchanting Valley of the Kings offers a glimpse of real tombs, preserved unlike those in the pyramids. Next, we'll visit the magnificent Colossi of Memnon before making our way to Luxor Airport for our flight to Cairo.

Suez Canal - Connecting Continents, Uniting Cultures

Leave for Ismailia to see the Suez Canal in the morning. The canal prevented economic depression during the revolution. Subject to availability and Canal Authority clearances, we'll cross the canal by local boat. While having lunch at a nearby hotel, you may observe Egypt's largest revenue source. Dine and sleep in Cairo.

End of the Journey

Stop by the Cairo Museum, formally the Egyptian Museum, to see the priceless artifacts from Tutankhamun's tomb and the greatest collection of pharaonic antiquities in the world. We will travel to Cairo Airport to board the trip to India after lunch.

  • Valid Passport: 6 months Validity required which covers the tour dates along

  • Photograph: Recent photographer with 80% facelift with ears visible and without glasses,  white background and in Matt finish 
  • Bank Statements: Please provide three months' bank statements signed and stamped by the bank. If you are submitting a passbook copy, ensure it is updated as of the current date. Include copies of both the first and last pages, along with the bank's signature and stamp.
  • Closing balance in the bank statement should be Rs. 2,00,000 per person 
  • Last 3 years Income Tax returns (ITR & Form 16) 
  • If Employed: 
    • Last 3 months pay slip 
    • Appointment letter or Contract 
    • Leave Sanction letter 
  • If Self Employed:
    • Company registration certificate

    • Copy of Marriage certificate, if married and spouse name is not added in Passport

    • Copy of Death certificate if applicant is Widow/ Widower 
    • If kids are traveling with parents, sponsor letter along with financial document of the person sponsoring the tour
  • If Applicant is Minor:
    • Application form duly filled and signed by both the Parents 
    • Copy of Birth certificate 
    • In case of Divorced Parents: 
    • Passport copy (biometric and address page) of the applicant’s father/mother having custody/guardianship of the applicant.
    • If only one parent submits the application: Proof of single custody of that parent either by submittal of the court ruling or submittal of the death certificate of the deceased parent Or
    • If both parents have shared custody:  Submittal of written and signed authorization letter of the parent non-present with passport copy (biometric and address page) – both certified by a public notary.
    • If the minor travels alone (without parents), written consent, certified by a public notary, of both parents or guardians having custody or guardianship of the minor
