Payment Policy

  • Final Payment: Balance amount to be paid 90 days prior to departure (November 16

Cancellation Policy

  • Before November 16, 2025 (90 days prior to departure): Full refund (no deductions)
  • November 16 – December 31, 2025 (90–45 days prior): 50% of the tour cost will be retained
  • After December 31, 2025 (less than 45 days prior): 100% of the tour cost will be retained

  • Minimum 15 working days, weekends and public holidays are not considered.

Our management team will work diligently to help you obtain your visa in a timely manner. However, we cannot accept responsibility if your visa application is rejected or delayed until your departure, which may lead to the cancellation of your tour due to unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases:

  • The tour cost will be non-refundable, and cancellation charges will apply.
  • Additional costs for visa re-application and consulate visits outside Mumbai will be incurred.
  • Extra charges may apply for any changes to the tour itinerary resulting from visa issues.
