Payment Policy

  • On Confirmation: Advance amount of Rs. 50,000 + Euro 600 per person + Taxes 
  • Interim (90 Days before departure) : Euro 1000 + Taxes 
  • Before Visa Application or 45 days before departure ( whichever is earlier): Balance INR + Euro payment + Taxes 

Cancellation Policy

  • 90- 60 days before the departure, if the tickets are not issue and visa is not applied: 100% of advance paid 
  • 60- 45 days before departure: 50% of the tour cost 
  • 45 day to Tour departure: 100% of the tour cost 

Timeline

  • Minimum 15 working days, weekends and public holidays are not considered.

Disclaimer

Our management team will work diligently to help you obtain your visa in a timely manner. However, we cannot accept responsibility if your visa application is rejected or delayed until your departure, which may lead to the cancellation of your tour due to unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases:

  • The tour cost will be non-refundable, and cancellation charges will apply.
  • Additional costs for visa re-application and consulate visits outside Mumbai will be incurred.
  • Extra charges may apply for any changes to the tour itinerary resulting from visa issues.

Farewell Morocco - Return to Mumbai

As we head to the airport in Casablanca, it is time to say goodbye to Morocco.Our journey home will begin with a layover in Doha. Bring back treasured memories as you return to Mumbai

Documents

  1. Valid Passport: 6 months Validity required which covers the tour dates along 
  2. Copies of all used pages of the Passport
  3. Photograph: Recent photographer with 80% facelift with ears visible and without glasses,  white background and in Matt finish 
  4. Bank Statements: Please provide three months' bank statements signed and stamped by the bank. If you are submitting a passbook copy, ensure it is updated as of the current date. Include copies of both the first and last pages, along with the bank's signature and stamp.
  5. Closing balance in the bank statement should be Rs. 2,50,000 per person 
  6. Last 3 years Income Tax returns (ITR & Form 16) 
  7. Proof of Investments: Fix deposit, Mutual Funds, or any such investments 
  8. If Employed: 
    • Last 3 months pay slip 
    • Appointment letter or Contract 
    • Leave Sanction letter 
  9. If Self Employed:
    • Company registration certificate 
    • GST certificate 
    • Last 3 years Income tax acknowledgement (ITR)
    • Last 3 months company bank statements signed and stamped 
  10. If Retired: 
    • Last 3 months Pension statement 
    • Last 3 months bank statements signed and stamped 
    • Any other income proof from Investments or property
  11. Aadhar Card 
  12. PAN Card 
  13. Vaccination certificate
  14. Additional documents as applicable 
    • Copy of Marriage certificate, if married and spouse name is not added in Passport
    • Copy of Divorce decree if Divorced 
    • Copy of Death certificate if applicant is Widow/ Widower 
    • If kids are traveling with parents, sponsor letter along with financial document of the person sponsoring the tour
  15. If Applicant is Minor:
    • Application form duly filled and signed by both the Parents 
    • Copy of Birth certificate 
    • In case of Divorced Parents: 
    • Passport copy (biometric and address page) of the applicant’s father/mother having custody/guardianship of the applicant.
    • If only one parent submits the application: Proof of single custody of that parent either by submittal of the court ruling or submittal of the death certificate of the deceased parent Or
    • If both parents have shared custody:  Submittal of written and signed authorization letter of the parent non-present with passport copy (biometric and address page) – both certified by a public notary.
    •  If the minor travels alone (without parents), written consent, certified by a public notary, of both parents or guardians having custody or guardianship of the minor;
