Payment Policy

  1. On Confirmation: Advance amount of  INR 50000 +  Euro 500 per person + Taxes 
  2. On or before 60 days from departure: Balance Payment

Cancellation Policy

  • 90- 60 days before the departure, if the tickets are not issue and visa is not applied: 100% of advance paid 
  • 60- 45 days before departure: 50% of the tour cost 
  • 45 day to Tour departure: 100% of the tour cost 

Timeline

  • Minimum 25 working days, weekends and public holidays are not considered. 

Disclaimer

  • The Embassy reserves the right to request additional information/documentation and, if deemed necessary, to interview the applicant. Applicants applying for a Schengen visa will need to provide biometric data (fingerprints) when applying.
  • Management will do its best to get the Visa, however we don't have any control over the decision taken by the Embassy, for any reason or decision taken by the Embassy, Visa is kept on hold or rejected leading to cancellation of the tour. In such case
    • Tour cost paid will be non-refundable and cancellation policy will be levied 
    • For re-application, necessary charges would be charged over and above the tour cost 
    • If itinerary needs to be changed, additional charge will be applicable

Fuel up at breakfast and set off for Arrábida National Park, where green hills meet blue seas. Continue to Sagres, check into your hotel, and enjoy a hearty dinner with seaside vibes

Time to say goodbye! Depending on your flight, head to Lisbon Airport with memories of castles, cliffs, and custard tarts to last a lifetime. Portugal bids you “Até logo!”

  1. Valid Passport: 6 months Validity required which covers the tour dates 
  2. Photograph: Recent photographer with 80% facelift with ears visible and without glasses,  white background and in Matt finish 
  3. Original Bank Statement:  6 months bank statement stamped and signed with a minimum balance of Rs. 6,00,000 per person on a A4 Size paper 
  4. Last 3 years Income Tax returns (ITR & Form 16) 
  5. Proof of Investments: Fix deposit, Mutual Funds, or any such investments 
  6. If Employed: 
    1. Last 3 months pay slip 
    2. Appointment letter or Contract 
    3. Leave Sanction letter 
  7. If Self Employed:
    1. Company registration certificate 
    2. GST certificate 
    3. Last 3 years Income tax acknowledgement (ITR)
    4. Last 3 months company bank statements signed and stamped 
  8. If Retired: 
    1. Last 3 months Pension statement 
    2. Last 3 months bank statements signed and stamped 
    3. Any other income proof from Investments or property
  9. Aadhar Card

    1. Copy of Marriage certificate, if married and spouse name is not added in Passport

    4. If kids are traveling with parents, sponsor letter along with financial document of the person sponsoring the tour
  13. If Applicant is Minor:
    1. Application form duly filled and signed by both the Parents

    3. In case of Divorced Parents: 
    4. Passport copy (biometric and address page) of the applicant’s father/mother having custody/guardianship of the applicant.
    5. If only one parent submits the application: Proof of single custody of that parent either by submittal of the court ruling or submittal of the death certificate of the deceased parent Or
    6. If both parents have shared custody:  Submittal of written and signed authorization letter of the parent non-present with passport copy (biometric and address page) – both certified by a public notary.
    7. If the minor travels alone (without parents), written consent, certified by a public notary, of both parents or guardians having custody or guardianship of the minor;
