Payment Policy

  • Seat Blocking Amount: CAD 500 per person (refundable up to January 26, 2026)
  • 1st Payment: 50% of tour cost by March 1, 2026
  • Final Balance: Remaining payment by May 1, 2026

Cancellation Policy

  • On or before January 26, 2026: Full refund of seat blocking amount.
  • January 27 – February 29, 2026: 100% of the advance (seat blocking) retained.
  • March 1 – April 15, 2026: 50% of total tour cost retained.
  • After April 15, 2026 (within 115 days of departure): 100% of total tour cost retained.
