Payment Policy

  1. On Confirmation: Advance amount Rs. 75000 + USD 2000 + GST +TCS 
  2. Second Advance: Rs. 125000 + USD 2000 + GST + TCS payable 90 days prior to departure
  3. Before Visa Application or 60 days before departure ( whichever is earlier): Balance INR + Euro payment + TCS

Cancellation Policy

  1. 90 days before the departure, if the tickets are not issue and visa is not applied: 100% of advance paid
  2. 60- 50 days before departure: 50% of the tour cost
  3. 50 day to Tour departure: 100% of the tour cost

Timeline

Minimum 25 working days, weekends and public holidays are not considered

Disclaimer

  • The Embassy reserves the right to request additional information/documentation and, if deemed necessary, to interview the applicant. Applicants applying for a Schengen visa will need to provide biometric data (fingerprints) when applying.
  • Management will do its best to get the Visa, however we don't have any control over the decision taken by the Embassy, for any reason or decision taken by the Embassy, Visa is kept on hold or rejected leading to cancellation of the tour. In such case
    • Tour cost paid will be non-refundable and cancellation policy will be levied 
    • For re-application, necessary charges would be charged over and above the tour cost 
    • If itinerary needs to be changed, additional charge will be applicable

Machu Picchu – Wonder of the World

Early morning, transfer to Ollantaytambo station to board the Vistadome train to Aguas Calientes. Take a bus to Machu Picchu, the awe-inspiring Inca citadel and a New Wonder of the World. After a guided tour and lunch, return to Sacred Valley. Overnight in Sacred Valley.

Sacred Valley to Cusco

Visit the Maras Salt Mines and the vibrant Pisac market. Later, drive to Cusco, the historic capital of the Inca Empire. Overnight in Cusco.

Transfer to Juliaca airport and board your flight to Lima. Explore Lima’s historic core during a city tour, including Plaza de Armas and colonial landmarks.Enjoy lunch at Larco Café, followed by a visit to the Larco Museum, one of Peru’s best. Wrap up with a walk through Barranco, Lima’s bohemian art district. Overnight in Lima.

Lima – Paracas (Pisco & Pacific Coast)

Drive south along the Pacific coast to Paracas, stopping for a Pisco tasting session at a local distillery. Enjoy a classic seafood lunch and check into your beachside hotel. Spend your evening walking the coast or watching the sunset. Overnight in Paracas.

Ballestas Islands – Return to Lima

In the morning, visit the Ballestas Islands, often dubbed the “Galápagos of Peru”, to spot penguins, sea lions, and marine birds. Later, return to Lima for your final overnight. Overnight in Lima.

Check out and board your flight to Foz do Iguaçu, home to the spectacular Iguazu Falls, spanning Brazil, Argentina, and Paraguay.The highlight of your day will be an adrenaline-pumping boat safari ride, taking you up close to the roaring cascades. Overnight in Iguazu.

Cross over to Argentina to explore the falls from a different perspective, including a train ride to Devil’s Throat, the most powerful section of the falls. Later, take a flight to Rio de Janerio and head to your hotel. Overnight in Rio de Janeiro

Rio de Janeiro – Iconic Landmarks

After breakfast, visit the legendary Christ the Redeemer, one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Continue with a city tour exploring the highlights of this former capital of Brazil.Later, enjoy a cable car ride up to either Corcovado or Sugarloaf Mountain for a stunning 360° view of the city. Overnight in Rio de Janeiro.

Fly to São Paulo, Brazil’s cosmopolitan hub. Arrive in the afternoon and transfer to your hotel. Overnight in São Paulo.

After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your return flight to Mumbai, carrying back a treasure trove of unforgettable memories from South America.
