  • Cost of Insurance for 70 year & above

  • Any personal expenses

  • Any adventure activity in Queenstown which is not mentioned in the itinerary

  • Any other cost not mentioned in Inclusions above

Payment Policy

  • On Confirmation: Advance amount of Rs. 50,000 + NZD 1000 per person + Taxes 
  • Interim (90 Days before departure) : RS. 25,000 + NZD 2500 + Taxes 
  • Before Visa Application or 45 days before departure ( whichever is earlier): Balance INR + NZD payment + Taxes 

Cancellation Policy

  • 90- 60 days before the departure, if the tickets are not issue and visa is not applied: 100% of advance paid 
  • 60- 45 days before departure: 50% of the tour cost 
  • 45 day to Tour departure: 100% of the tour cost 

Timeline

Minimum 25 working days, weekends and public holidays are not considered.

Disclaimer

  1. The Embassy reserves the right to request additional information/documentation and, if deemed necessary, to interview the applicant. Applicants applying for a Schengen visa will need to provide biometric data (fingerprints) when applying.
  2. Management will do its best to get the Visa, however we don't have any control over the decision taken by the Embassy, for any reason or decision taken by the Embassy, Visa is kept on hold or rejected leading to cancellation of the tour. In such case
    • Tour cost paid will be non-refundable and cancellation policy will be levied 
    • For re-application, necessary charges would be charged over and above the tour cost 
    • If itinerary needs to be changed, additional charge will be applicable

Take in the breathtaking scenery of the Marlborough Sounds as you set sail for Picton on your picturesque ferry ride. Take in the stunning scenery as you travel from Picton to Christchurch on the scenic trans-coastal train. Arrive in Christchurch and take in the lively atmosphere before retiring for the night.

At the Antarctic Centre, we will learn about the fascinating history of Antarctic exploration and get an appreciation for New Zealand's breathtaking landscapes. The next stop will be to the picturesque village of Twizel, close to Lake Tekapo. We will make a point of stopping at the picturesque Church of the Good Shepherd while we are there, which stands majestically against the lakeside.

We'll drive through gorgeous scenery, enjoying the views. After checking into our hotel in Queenstown, we'll have the day to explore this colorful tourist town. Queenstown, known for its adventure sports and breathtaking landscape, relax after a day of travel.

Our day begins with an exciting gondola ride that offers spectacular views of Queenstown and the Alps. We'll then zoom across the water and through narrow canyons in a jet boat. After that, we'll relax on Lake Wakatipu and enjoy the views. We'll sleep in Queenstown tonight, ready for more activities tomorrow.

Te Anau: A Charming Hamlet

We'll drive to Milford Sound in the morning, admiring the scenery. Our amazing trip along the fjord, flanked by towering cliffs and gushing waterfalls, begins upon arrival. After our voyage, we'll relax at Te Anau after a day of action. We'll stay at Te Anau for the night.

Dunedin: A Tapestry of Scottish Heritage

We'll drive to the secluded Catlins Coast to see stunning coastline views and harsh scenery. We'll watch for sea lions and birds while traveling. Checking into our hotel in Dunedin will give us time to explore this fascinating city with its Victorian architecture and Scottish roots. The night in Dunedin will prepare us for more experiences.

Christchurch - Resilience and Renewal in Every Corner

We'll start our day at Larnach Castle, where we can explore the wonderfully renovated buildings and lush gardens while taking in the spectacular vistas. Our pleasant drive back to Christchurch will take us through beautiful scenery. Checking into our Christchurch hotel gives us the evening to explore the city's beautiful cafes and shops. Christchurch will be our overnight stop to reflect on our great voyage.

    • Last 3 months pay slip 
    • Appointment letter or Contract 
    • Leave Sanction letter 
  7. If Self Employed:
    • Company registration certificate

    • Last 3 years Income tax acknowledgement (ITR)
    • Last 3 months company bank statements signed and stamped 
  8. If Retired: 
    • Last 3 months Pension statement

    • Passport copy (biometric and address page) of the applicant’s father/mother having custody/guardianship of the applicant.
    • If only one parent submits the application: Proof of single custody of that parent either by submittal of the court ruling or submittal of the death certificate of the deceased parent Or
    • If both parents have shared custody:  Submittal of written and signed authorization letter of the parent non-present with passport copy (biometric and address page) – both certified by a public notary.
    •  If the minor travels alone (without parents), written consent, certified by a public notary, of both parents or guardians having custody or guardianship of the minor;
