Payment Policy

  1. On Confirmation: Advance amount Rs. 40000 + GST +Taxes 
  2. Before Visa Application or 60 days before departure ( whichever is earlier): Balance INR + Euro payment + Taxes 

Cancellation Policy

  • 90- 70 days before the departure, if the tickets are not issue and visa is not applied: 100% of advance paid 
  • 60- 40 days before departure: 50% of the tour cost 
  • 40  day to Tour departure: 100% of the tour cost

Timeline

Minimum 25 working days, weekends and public holidays are not considered. 

Disclaimer

  • The Embassy reserves the right to request additional information/documentation and, if deemed necessary, to interview the applicant. Applicants applying for a Schengen visa will need to provide biometric data (fingerprints) when applying.
  • Management will do its best to get the Visa, however we don't have any control over the decision taken by the Embassy, for any reason or decision taken by the Embassy, Visa is kept on hold or rejected leading to cancellation of the tour. In such case
    • Tour cost paid will be non-refundable and cancellation policy will be levied 
    • For re-application, necessary charges would be charged over and above the tour cost 
    • If itinerary needs to be changed, additional charge will be applicable

Day 1 | Dec 26: Arrive in Budapest

Arrive in Budapest, Hungary’s elegant capital.Check in, relax, and in the evening, visit Váci Street, the main shopping area, then walk to the Danube riverfront to enjoy the night view of Buda Castle lit up beautifully. Overnight in Budapest

Day 2 | Dec 27: Day trip to Szentendre

After breakfast, drive to Szentendre, a small artistic town near Budapest.Explore its galleries, cobbled streets, and riverside charm. Return to Budapest for the night. Overnight in Budapest

Day 3 | Dec 28: Budapest to Zagreb via Varazdin

Check out and leave for Zagreb, Croatia. On the way, stop at Varazdin, a quiet town with old-world charm and pretty buildings. Continue to Zagreb and check in. Evening free. Overnight in Zagreb

Day 4 | Dec 29: Explore Zagreb

Enjoy a half-day walking tour of Zagreb’s Upper and Lower Towns. Visit the cathedral, markets, and lively squares.Relax in the afternoon or enjoy the festive Christmas market. Overnight in Zagreb.

Day 5 | Dec 30: Visit Plitvice Lakes

Drive to Plitvice Lakes National Park, a UNESCO site with lakes, wooden bridges, and waterfalls—even more magical in winter. Enjoy a peaceful walk in nature.Dinner and overnight near the park. Overnight in Plitivice Lakes

Day 6 | Dec 31: Postojna Caves & New Year’s Eve in Ljubljana

Head into Slovenia and visit the famous Postojna Caves, explore by train and on foot through amazing rock formations.After lunch, continue to Ljubljana, Slovenia’s capital. Spend New Year’s Eve in the heart of the city with music, lights, and celebrations. Overnight in Ljubljana.

Day 7 | Jan 1: Lake Bohinj & Lake Bled

After a late start, drive to peaceful Lake Bohinj in the Julian Alps.Take the Vogel Cable Car for mountain views. Later, visit fairytale Lake Bled, ride a gondola to the island church, and try the famous Bled Cream Cake. Overnight in Ljubljana

Day 8 | Jan 2: Departure

After breakfast, transfer to Ljubljana Airport for your return flight to Mumbai, carrying warm memories of a magical winter holiday.

  1. Valid Passport: 6 months Validity required which covers the tour dates 
  2. Photograph: Recent photographer with 80% facelift with ears visible and without glasses,  white background and in Matt finish 
  3. Original Bank Statement:  6 months bank statement stamped and signed with a minimum balance of Rs. 6,00,000 per person on a A4 Size paper 
  4. Last 3 years Income Tax returns (ITR & Form 16) 
  5. Proof of Investments: Fix deposit, Mutual Funds, or any such investments 
  6. If Employed: 
    • Last 3 months pay slip 
    • Appointment letter or Contract 
    • Leave Sanction letter 
  7. If Self Employed:
    • Company registration certificate 
    • GST certificate 
    • Last 3 years Income tax acknowledgement (ITR)
    • Last 3 months company bank statements signed and stamped 
  8. If Retired: 
    • Last 3 months Pension statement 
    • Last 3 months bank statements signed and stamped 
    • Any other income proof from Investments or property
  9. Aadhar Card 
  10. PAN Card 
  11. Vaccination certificate
  12. Additional documents as applicable 
    • Copy of Marriage certificate, if married and spouse name is not added in Passport
    • Copy of Divorce decree if Divorced 
    • Copy of Death certificate if applicant is Widow/ Widower 
    • If kids are traveling with parents, sponsor letter along with financial document of the person sponsoring the tour
  13. f Applicant is Minor:
    1. Application form duly filled and signed by both the Parents 
    2. Copy of Birth certificate 
    3. In case of Divorced Parents: 
      • Passport copy (biometric and address page) of the applicant’s father/mother having custody/guardianship of the applicant.
      • If only one parent submits the application: Proof of single custody of that parent either by submittal of the court ruling or submittal of the death certificate of the deceased parent Or
      • If both parents have shared custody:  Submittal of written and signed authorization letter of the parent non-present with passport copy (biometric and address page) – both certified by a public notary.
      •  If the minor travels alone (without parents), written consent, certified by a public notary, of both parents or guardians having custody or guardianship of the minor;
