Payment Policy

  • On Confirmation:  Euro 2500 per person 
  • On or before February 1,2025: Euro 2500  
  • On or before March 1,2025: Euro 3000

Cancellation Policy

  • Before February 1, 2025: 100% of advance paid 
  • Between February 1-March 1,2025: 50% of the tour cost paid
  • After March 31,2025 - 100% Tour Cost 

Note: 

  • Cancellation charges for the issued tickets will apply as per the ticket policy.
  • Visa fees, if applied, are non-refundable.

Timeline

The timeline for visa processing is a minimum of 25 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

While we will make every effort to assist with obtaining the visa, please note that the decision ultimately rests with the Embassy. In the event that the visa is delayed, put on hold, or rejected for any reason, resulting in the cancellation of the tour:

  • The tour cost paid will be non-refundable, and the cancellation policy will apply.
  • For re-application, additional charges will be incurred.

Amsterdam to Reykjavik to Stykkishólmur

Fly into Reykjavik, Iceland’s capital, and feel the cool breeze of the Arctic Circle greet you. After a quick check-in, we journey on to Stykkishólmur, a tiny, charming town on the Snæfellsnes Peninsula—population: 1,200. This is the start of Iceland’s wild beauty, and it’s all yours to explore.

Snæfellsnes Peninsula

Rise and shine early for an unforgettable day along Iceland’s West Coast. Explore Arnarstapi’s mesmerizing lava formations, home to a thriving Arctic Tern colony. Then, sit down for a scenic lunch at Stykkishólmur Bay, surrounded by islands and old houses that look like they’ve stepped out of a fairy tale.

Stykkishólmur to Akureyri

The road leads us northward to the Vatnsnes Peninsula, where the legendary Hvitserkur rock formation stands like a giant troll frozen in time. On a clear day, icebergs from East Greenland float by, giving you a glimpse of the wilderness ahead. By evening, we’ll reach Akureyri, Iceland's second-largest city, for dinner and a cozy night.

Waterfalls, Lakes, and Geothermal Baths

Get ready for a day of natural wonders! Visit Godafoss, the "Waterfall of the Gods," then head to the Lake Myvatn geothermal area for a warm dip in its healing waters. Don’t miss the mighty Dettifoss—Europe’s most powerful waterfall! After a day of exploration, return to Akureyri for a relaxing evening in the city center.

Akureyri to Reykjavik

Catch a flight to Reykjavik, then dive into Iceland’s Golden Circle—the Geysir geothermal area, where Strokkur erupts like clockwork, and the majestic Gullfoss waterfall. Next, visit the stunning Kerid Crater with its vibrant blue lake. After a packed day, we’ll head back to Reykjavik and prep for our next stop: Greenland.

Reykjavik to Ilulissat, Greenland

Brace yourself for a dramatic shift in landscapes! Fly to Ilulissat, Greenland, located north of the Arctic Circle, where the midnight sun never sets. After arriving, we’ll visit a local family home for coffee, cake, and tales of life in this remote town. Later, witness the awe-inspiring sight of dog sledding as you join in feeding the huskies. It’s an introduction to the wild beauty of Greenland!

Ilulissat

Venture into the Sermermiut Settlement, a UNESCO World Heritage site where ancient Inuit cultures once thrived. Touch the permafrost, explore the ruins of turf huts, and hear stories of the Inuit’s traditional ways of life. The atmosphere here is hauntingly beautiful and steeped in history. Return to Ilulissat for a quiet evening

Prepare for a jaw-dropping experience as we visit the Ilulissat Ice Fjord, a massive glacier that seems to stretch on forever. After a serene walk along the wooden pathways, we’ll board a boat for a magical midnight sun cruise among the floating icebergs. Trust us—this will be a night you’ll never forget!

Ilulissat to Reykjavik

After an unforgettable Greenlandic adventure, we’ll fly back to Reykjavik. Check into your hotel and enjoy a leisurely city tour. Reykjavik is quirky, cool, and full of surprises—perfect for an evening stroll

Reykjavik to Keflavik

We’ll head to Keflavik Airport for the journey home. Reflect on your journey through Iceland and Greenland, two lands at the top of the world where the magic of the north stays with you long after you’ve returned.

  • If kids are traveling with parents, sponsor letter along with financial document of the person sponsoring the tour
  1. If Applicant is Minor:
    • Application form duly filled and signed by both the Parents

    • In case of Divorced Parents:
    • Passport copy (biometric and address page) of the applicant’s father/mother having custody/guardianship of the applicant.
    • If only one parent submits the application: Proof of single custody of that parent either by submittal of the court ruling or submittal of the death certificate of the deceased parent Or
    • If both parents have shared custody:  Submittal of written and signed authorization letter of the parent non-present with passport copy (biometric and address page) – both certified by a public notary.
    •  If the minor travels alone (without parents), written consent, certified by a public notary, of both parents or guardians having custody or guardianship of the minor;
