Payment Policy

  • On Confirmation: Advance amount of INR 50000 + Euro 500 per person + Taxes 
  • Interim (90 days before departure): Euro 1000 + Taxes 
  • Before Visa Application or 45 days before departure (whichever is earlier): Balance INR + Euro Payment + Taxes 

Cancellation Policy

  • 90-60 days before the departure, if the tickets are not issued and visa is not applied: 100% of advance paid 
  • 60-45 days before departure: 50% of the tour cost 
  • 45 days to Tour departure: 100% of the tour cost 

Timeline

  • Minimum 8 working days; weekends and public holidays are not considered.

Our management team will work diligently to help you obtain your visa in a timely manner. However, we cannot accept responsibility if your visa application is rejected or delayed until your departure , which may lead to the cancellation of your tour due to unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases 

  • The tour cost will be non-refundable and cancellation charges will apply 
  • Additional costs for visa re-application and consulate visits outside Mumbai will be incurred.
  • Extra charges may apply for any changes to the tour itinerary resulting from visa issues.

Kusadasi - Where History Meets the Aegean Sea!

First stop: Istanbul, where you can transfer to an aircraft to Izmir. Get on the road to Kusadasi and stay the night. Enjoy the evening at your leisure to discover the breathtaking coastline. We will have dinner and spend the night in Kusadasi.

Pammukale - Nature's Stunning Terraces

Our first stop today will be at the spectacular and remarkably well-preserved Roman site of Ephesus. We will tour the old city, stopping to admire its amphitheater and library, among other notable structures. Our next stop will be Pamukkale, where we may marvel at the beautiful cotton castles and calcium pools. At long last, we'll be able to relax and have dinner at our hotel.

Cappadocia - A Land of Enchanting Landscapes

We will leave early for Konya, where we will explore the spiritual and historical sites, including the tomb and museum of Rumi Mevlana. We will continue our journey to Cappadocia, the magical region in the center of Turkey, known for its beautiful scenery and rich cultural history, after our visit.

Cappadocia - A Land of Enchanting Landscapes

An optional early-morning hot-air balloon flight over Cappadocia's distinctive landscapes is available to us. Afterwards, we will head to Kaymakli, an old subterranean city, and then to the Göreme Open-Air Museum, where we can marvel at the beautiful murals adorning the intriguing rock churches.

Trabzon - The Black Sea's Charm

Visiting the Mausoleum of Atatürk, who was instrumental in establishing modern Turkey, will be our way to honor him on our way to Ankara. We will next take a trip to Trabzon, a city on the picturesque Black Sea coast, where we will be able to immerse ourselves in the local culture and scenery.

Uzungöl - A Serene Haven of Breathtaking Nature

On our way to Uzungöl, we'll take in the beautiful seaside road and stop at Şürmene to get some top-notch knives. After there, we'll head to Rize, Turkey's tea capital, and then on to Uzungöl for supper and the night.

Trabzon - The Black Sea's Charm

We will return to Trabzon City to visit Attaturk's summer residence and the stunning Sumela Monastery, which sits atop a cliff. We'll have dinner and spend the night in Trabzon to end the day.

Istanbul - Where Cultures Converge

The day will be spent seeing the lively city of Istanbul, starting with the famous Spice Bazaar. We will depart for Istanbul in the morning. Our next stop will be at the world-famous Bosphorus Bridge, where we will cross the water on a boat. We will have dinner and spend the night in Istanbul this evening.

Istanbul - Where Cultures Converge

Our day will begin with a tour of the Ottoman opulence at Dolmabahçe Palaces. Our next stop will be the crowded Grand Bazaar once we've explored Taksim Square. At last, we'll reach Galata Tower, where we may take in the spectacular cityscape.

Depart for Mumbai with wonderful memories.

In the morning, we will depart and see the magnificent Blue Mosque and Basilica Cistern. Following that, you'll have a bit of leisure time to do anything you like. We will take off for our journey back to Mumbai after lunch.

    Closing balance in the bank statement should be Rs. 2,50,000 per person 
    Last 3 years Income Tax returns (ITR & Form 16) 
    Proof of Investments: Fix deposit, Mutual Funds, or any such investments
